Day 01: Arrive Muscat

  • Meet & assist on arrival at Muscat International Airport.
  • Transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

Day 02: Muscat City Tour

  • Visit Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque – one of the largest mosques in the Middle East.
  • Explore Bait Zubair Museum, showcasing Oman’s rich cultural history.
  • Drive along the scenic Corniche to Old Muscat.
  • Photo stops at Al Alam Palace, flanked by the 16th-century Mirani & Jalali Forts.
  • Stroll through Muttrah Souq for traditional Omani handicrafts and silver items.
  • Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Muscat – Sur

  • Morning drive in 4WD vehicles through the Eastern Hajar Mountains.
  • Stop at Bimmah Sinkhole, a natural limestone crater with turquoise waters.
  • Visit Fins Beach and Wadi Shab, an oasis with crystal-clear pools and waterfalls.
  • Pass through the fishing village of Tiwi and the historic port of Qalhat.
  • Reach Sur, famous for Dhow shipbuilding yards.
  • Evening excursion to Ras Al Jinz to witness endangered green sea turtles nesting.
  • Overnight in Sur.

Day 04: Sur – Wahiba Sands – Nizwa

  • Visit Wadi Bani Khalid, a stunning wadi with year-round freshwater pools.
  • Continue to Wahiba Sands, home to towering golden dunes and Bedouin tribes.
  • Experience thrilling dune bashing and camel rides.
  • Drive to Nizwa, Oman’s cultural capital, for an overnight stay.

Day 05: Nizwa – Jabreen – Bahla – Al Hamra

  • Visit the Nizwa Fort & Souq, famous for silverware and pottery.
  • Explore Jabreen Castle, known for intricate wooden carvings and painted ceilings.
  • Stop at Bahla Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Visit Al Hamra, home to 400-year-old mudbrick houses and ancient falaj irrigation systems.
  • Overnight in Al Hamra.

Day 06: Nizwa – Muscat – Salalah

  • Drive through Wadi Bani Awf, stopping at picturesque villages like Bilad Sayt & Hatt.
  • Transfer to Muscat Airport for an evening flight to Salalah.
  • Meet & assist on arrival, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 07: Salalah Exploration

  • Visit Taqah Castle, the former residence of the region’s governor.
  • Explore Sumharam (Khor Rori), a UNESCO-listed ancient frankincense trade port.
  • Drive through the Qara Mountains to visit the Tomb of Prophet Job.
  • Stop at Mughsail Beach, famous for its blowholes.
  • Visit the legendary Frankincense trees in Wadi Dawkah.
  • Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08: Salalah – Muscat Departure

  • Visit The Museum of the Frankincense Land at Al Balid Archaeological Park.
  • Stop for fresh coconut water at Haffa market.
  • Explore Haffa Souq, famous for frankincense and traditional souvenirs.
  • Photo stop at Sultan Qaboos Mosque and Al Husn Palace.
  • Transfer to Salalah Airport for flight back to Muscat and onward journey home.
